Phantom Bridge
Video work, 2022
A photo-film constructed from images recorded since 2005. Pianist Akira Ishii composed an original score in response to the long-term archive of the bridge.
The work reconstructs the live premiere held in Hokkaido in 2022, bringing together image and sound as a single temporal record.

コンクリートの劣化が進み、もういつ崩落の時を迎えても不思議ではないと言われる橋を2005年以来撮り続けた写真群から制作した6分弱のフォトムービーに合わせ、ピアニストの石井彰さんがオリジナル曲を作ってくれました。
このフォトムービーは、2022年2月23日に北海道幕別町
百年記念ホールにて開催された「とかち フォト＆ミュージックライブ 2022」で初演奏された同曲を改めて音源化したものを、当日上映した映像とともに再構成しました。
